Best Graco Pack 'N Play with Crib
In search of the best Graco Pack 'N Play crib, we've reviewed several models, focusing primarily on their safety, functionality, and added features.
Many parents consider the Pack 'N Play to be an essential part of a baby's kit, and I can see why. A quality Pack 'N Play can give you everything you need. It's a safe place to sleep or play, with lots of extra features and useful accessories. They can be used as a day crib, secondary crib, or even a travel crib for your baby.
Graco models are one of the most sought after Pack 'N Plays in recent years. Their collection of different Pack 'N Plays is very impressive, but which one is the best?

Some parents want a standard model, others want a few extra accessories (baby toys, full-size crib, etc.) and some need a full-fledged Playard care station.
That's why we've selected the best Pack 'N Play Garco in each Playard group. And if you ask me, my winner is oneCorralito Pack 'n Play Travel Dome LX de Graco. Not because it's better than other Graco Playards, but because it has the features I need!
Best Graco Pack 'N Plays with Crib in 2023
Before you start looking for the Graco Pack 'n Play that's right for you, think about the type you want. Graco produces two different types of Pack 'n Plays:
- care station
- Traditional Pack 'N Plays
If you already know which type you want, click on the image below to access the reviews of the best models in your group:

BUILD THE BEST TRADITIONAL PACK 'N PLAYS
What's the difference between a Playard care station and a traditional Pack 'n Play?
First, both types are portable, roughly the same overall size. The biggest difference between them is the additional newborn features that a care station can offer your little bundle of joy.
Traditional Pack 'n Plays may have extra storage and toys, but newer ones include newborn diapers and/or changing tables.
Personally, I wouldn't go for a Pack 'n Play without a crib. But luckily, all Graco models, including the traditional ones, do!
Many parents confuse a full-size crib with a newborn crib (newborn crib), which sits on top of the nurse's station. This causes confusion because they think that the traditional model has no cradle, which is not true.
The difference between full size crib and newborn crib:
- a newborn nap is placed on top of the Pack 'n Play
- a full-size toddler crib hangs off the sides of the Pack 'n Play, taking up its entire interior surface
Your baby can use a full-size crib much longer than a newborn:
- a newborn nap is only suitable for the first three months of the baby's life
- a full-size crib is safe until your baby reaches 15 pounds
Of course there is also a price difference! Traditional Pack 'n Plays cost less than care station playards: less features, cheaper price.

Graco Pack 'N Play Reviews
Here are reviews of the best Graco Pack 'N Plays I mentioned above:
Graco Pack 'N Play Quick Connect Playard with Portable Bouncer Review

The Graco Pack 'n Play Quick Connect has everything you can imagine. It grows with your child and provides the best for your newborn, infant and toddler.
We were really surprised by the amount of features it can offer. But what I like most about this Pack'n Play is its portable newborn seat. It is a specially designed children's chair, which is portable by itself.
The gorilla:
For babies up to 18 pounds, a newborn seat doubles as a rocking chair with two-speed vibration to soothe and relax your little one. That's why you don't need to buy a separate hammock. This makes the whole purchase even more affordable!
It's never been easier to keep your hands free and have a baby close at all times. Due to this feature, there is absolutely no need to carry the entire unit around the house. Simply remove the portable seat and take it with you. Your baby is perfectly safe in the booster seat without your constant observation and monitoring.
Other interesting features:
It features cozy fabric, a clear shading canopy, and a three-point harness for added security. And that's not all!
Let's look at other more "common" Pack 'n Plays features:
- The Graco Pack 'n Play Quick Connect includes a built-in organizer and large changing station for babies up to 30 pounds.
- In addition to the portable seat for your newborn, you also get a comfortable full-size bassinet.
The full-size toddler crib hangs off the sides of the Pack 'n Play, taking up its entire interior surface. This allows you to hold your newborn in a higher position. There's no need to lean over the rail when trying to place your sleeping baby in the crib. When your baby grows too big for the crib, it can be easily removed and stored away until another use.
Specifications:

Graco Pack 'N Play DLX Playard Newborn Seat Review

The Graco Pack 'n Play Playard DLX has a removable newborn napper, but you can't use it as a rocker like the older model. The lack of this feature is not a bad thing.
First, the Graco Pack 'n Play DLX still has many more features than most models on the market. Second, you may already have a security guard and not need another one. So buying a DLX over Graco Quick Connect would be a reasonable decision as it costs less.
Good price::
DLX is a care station from Playard for a reasonable price. It has everything you need at an affordable price.
It's designed to grow with your child, from newborn to toddler. Versatility of use, durability and long-term use, combined with a low price, make this Playard great value for money.
A perfect choice for newborns:
Its unique feature is definitely a carefully designed newborn nap. Newborns feel like they are sleeping in a cozy nest, which soothes and prepares them for sleep.
The nap is wrapped in soft microfleece fabric and sits securely on top of the Playard.
Adding to a newborn nap is a detachable changing station. It's bigger than most changing mats in care station playards, so you can use it longer, which is great. You can use it until your baby reaches 30 kilos.
Once your baby is past nap capacity, you don't need to start using the lower mattress right away, instead install the included full-size bassinet.
Can't do without electronic accessories?
I have excellent news for you. The Graco Playard with Newborn Napper DLX Station has an electronics module with:
- 5 classic songs
- 5 relaxing sounds of nature
- 2-speed vibration in nap and crib
- a timer
Viva!

Review Graco Playard Near Napper with Portable Infant Crib

Reversible nap for newborn:
The newborn nap in this Pack 'n Play is certainly one of a kind and deserves your attention. If parents choose this Playard over other Graco models, it's usually because of this feature.
Graco has packed as many resources as possible into this cozy little place.
First, the newborn nap is reversible. It has a newborn slanted diaper on one side and a nest-shaped flat crib on the other. And second, it can be used inside or outside the Playard. That's not cool? They really thought of everything.
If you're still not convinced… Using a Newborn Bassinet from Playard, you can turn the nap into a portable rocking chair. Of course, you can lock up the rocking chair and use it as a stable crib too.
And I'm not done yet! On top of the newborn nap is a detachable crib mobile. It is an automatic crib mobile, with suspended toys and two-speed vibration.
When your baby outgrows the nap, you can clip the crib mobile to the side of the Pack 'n Play to keep the fun going.
What about other features?
- The Close Napper with Portable Infant Crib grows with your little one, from newborn to infant and toddler.
- Features a large changing table and built-in storage.
- It has a night light and a music box with relaxing music and natural sounds.
- Like all Graco Playards, it features a button fold that makes closing fast and hassle free.
Specifications:
Measurements and Weight:
- Assembled Crib Dimensions: 48" (H) x 47" (W) x 31.5" (D)

Análise Graco Pack 'N Play On the Go Playard

With multiple color options, an affordable price, and all the basic features, this is not only Graco's best entry-level Playard, but also one of the best models on the market.
We love the simplicity of this template. It has all the basic features you need at home or on the go.
A full-size removable bassinet will provide a safe and comfortable place to sleep for your newborn. Once your baby outgrows the crib, you can simply snooze it, leaving it in a cozy place to sleep or a safe area to play.
Additional features:
The Graco On the Go has an additional feature that offers even greater value for the price of this Pack 'n Play. Features a detachable arch with hanging toys. I know it's not much, but still, much more than other traditional Pack 'n Plays on the market.

Graco Playard Review with Reversible Nap and LX Changer

If you want an answering station but are limited by budget, we recommend you consider this model!
It belongs to the traditional Pack 'N Plays, but its characteristics are almost the same as the Playards care station. The Graco LX is priced like a traditional Pack 'n Play, with treatment plant features.
While it doesn't have a separate changing table and nap for newborns, it does have both! How is this possible? The Newborn Nap was thoughtfully designed as a combination of a cozy nap for your newborn and a changing pad all in one. It's reversible, with an elegant two-in-one design. It sits securely on top of the Playard, and with the push of a locking button, it easily transitions from a nap to a changing table.
Other features:
Of course, the LX Pack 'n Play also contains a full-size bassinet. Once your baby hits 15 pounds or starts to roll over, you should take the nap off and start using a full-size crib. When your baby is old enough, remove the crib as well.

Pack'N Play with crib, yes or no?
We definitely recommend it to you as it can significantly simplify your life. If you can't decide on the one with the newborn crib, a traditional Pack'n Play is still a useful addition to your family.
Over the years, travel beds and/or Pack 'n Plays have come a long way. With additional features, parents and their babies get so much more than just a place to sleep. In addition to a sleeping space, the Pack'n Play can provide a changing table, newborn crib, extra storage and a safe play area for your little one.

More about Pack 'n Plays
The element that makes almost all Pack 'N Plays the same is a folding mechanism, similar to folding an umbrella. Folded Pack 'n Play takes up little space. You can store it in a handy carrying bag and take it with you wherever you go.
All Pack 'n Plays come with a basic mattress that is about an inch thick. If the baby sleeps on it occasionally, the mattress is fine. But I would choose a classic mattress for everyday use. It is much more comfortable for the baby. Of course, you won't be traveling with it, but it's a better option if baby sleeps a lot Pack 'n Play at home.
As mentioned earlier, this type ofcradleIt has come a long way in recent years. Now you can offer much more than a place to sleep. And the ultimate Graco Pack 'N Play Crib has everything you can imagine.
The first practical solution is a baby changing table that is placed on top of the frame, making it even more useful. Plus, there are also convenient storage areas for small items like creams, powders, diapers, and more. And, of course, nap and crib season in the early months.
The crib is very practical for the whole family. It provides a safe and comfortable sleeping environment for your newborn and is convenient for you. You don't have to lean over the rail and place your sleeping newborn in the bottom of the crib.
The best Pack 'n Plays often include toys for your child as well. Some have crib mobiles, others an arch with hanging toys. Some cribs even have a canopy that protects your baby from bright lights. With the newest Pack 'n Plays, you really can get what you want.

Disadvantages of Pack 'n Play
Compared to classic wooden cribs, Pack 'n Playsthey have some notable drawbacks. The first is the bottom of the Pack 'n Play. Due to the folding mechanism, the Pack 'n Play cannot have an open, airy base for the mattress. But they have ventilated mesh on all sides, to allow enough ventilation in the unit.
The second is robustness. It doesn't work as compactly as a wooden crib, but it's just a visual effect and won't affect your child's safety.
What we love most about Graco is that their products can surprise you again and again. For a reasonable price, everyone can get what they want. At first glance, you might think that their templates are the same, but this is far from the truth.
Each product has its own personal touch, which more or less sets it apart from the rest of the Pack 'n Plays. So I'm sure one of these beautiful cribs will find a place in your home!
