Don't waste your money!! Your products are complete** and the quality is terrible! $500 later and I still have a broken down car that won't run for no apparent reason! even after driving it a few times it started to misbehave! it is very disappointing.

I saw this product and thought it would be a toy my kids will enjoy for years to come. I spent $500 and now it's gone down the drain with the worst crap I've ever seen in my life. It was kept in an isolated shed and used maybe 7 times with marijuana before it stopped working after 6 months. Customer service is non-existent. They have so many issues and complaints that they send you canned emails as responses, hoping you'll fix the bugs until your warranty excuse has expired.
Oh and the warranty, don't think for a second that if this thing stops working they're going to help you out. There is a diagnostic tool they ship with your UTV so YOU can fix it. Once THEY figure out why it might not work, they send you piece by piece until the warranty runs out again. Communication with the company stretches for weeks. Absolutely ridiculous. Pay attention to the warnings, as I would like. I read the bad reviews and thought - I'll give it a try. Now here I am with a $500 piece of junk that doesn't work and a company that refuses to stand by their product. Don't do that!

I received my daughter's bike with a bad pedal, when I called to exchange they couldn't send me the Hello Kitty pedals that came with the bike I bought, but they would send normal pedals and they would be here in 6-8 weeks, more than 2 months later, I still hadn't received anything so I called back and they told me they didn't know when they would be shipping. I will never buy or recommend this company again.

This company is terrible. I called to get my expensive device fixed. It obviously doesn't work as I've read in all the other reviews for this company. The customer service manager told me to call a workplace to work on this and they told me they didn't work with the company due to poor communication and lousy products. I'm beyond shocked that they didn't fix the problem and are now prolonging a very long nightmare. My poor son cannot be happy with his Christmas present.

Do not buy these bikes. I bought one for my wife and opened the box and both tires are very bent. They include a paper with the instruction manual that says "Don't go back to the store, call or email customer service first". So I did and they got back to me after 2 weeks and told them what was going on and then they didn't hear from them for another month. They asked for the receipt, serial number and a video and said they would replace what was wrong which I gave them then another 2 weeks went by and someone else wrote to register on their website for the extended warranty . Then they lied and dragged the emails around for so long I didn't get a chance to return them to Walmart. NEVER AGAIN WILL I BUY OR RECOMMEND THIS BIKE OR COMPANY! Worst customer service. They lie and their products are complete rubbish. I don't like to leave bad reviews but what they did was totally unacceptable.

My daughter got a new bike. In a few months, the wheels bent. She has jumped through hoops only to contact customer service only to be told it is not covered. They did not stand behind their products!!!!

I bought this product for my 3 year old son for Christmas and it didn't last until April. The control module was on fire and I contacted Dynacraft and provided all the necessary information and no response. I just need to know how to buy a replacement part as this part is only available from Dynacraft. Still no response. Due to COVID-19, Dynacraft cannot be reached by phone; They can only be contacted via email and of course it will take longer to get the part than the toy actually worked,

I bought the Tony Hawk Dynacraft bike in August. It was delivered two weeks late. Upon arrival, the handles were deformed, I'm jumping over the hurdles your business needs to replace the handles. I received the replacement straps on December 1st. The originals were red to match the bike. The substitutions are clear. Something you would buy at Walmart. The attendant said there was nothing they could do about it. Very bad product. Very bad company. Do not buy from them.

No one ever answers the 800 phone line, they don't even answer the listed CA office number. After a week or so of exchanging emails, I was asked if I had a multimeter as if I were a technician. There is no service center within reasonable distance unless you feel an 8 hour drive is reasonable.

Never buy anything made by Dynacraft. We bought my son a battery from Home Depot in a dump truck. Within a year, the steering wheel broke into 2 pieces. I ordered parts. They tell me none are currently available. It may take 1-3 months to arrive from China!!! Also, he falls apart all the time, to the point where he screws many pieces where his cheap rivets have broken!
